yup, i have a copy with me. i'm just confused whether to fill up a new one or to send a photocopy of the initial application i sent to NS. plus, others are saying that pictures are not submitted together with the supporting docs to VO. what do you think? super thanks :)

pips, im currently here in jeddah. im confused kung saan gagamitin kong bank. i have a bank here and also in the phil. ano po mas ok na kunan ng bank certificate? hassle kse ang sa pinas coz dapat personal unlike here na i can just go to the bank anytime. thanks po sa tulong :D
