From what I have noticed in this forum, I think CHC London issue 2nd AOR almost 1 week before the change in E-CAS to "Received by Visa Office" and I think you are resident in Qatar, So expect to receive your 2nd AOR by regular mail after 2 weeks. Also, I noticed that it may take around 4 months...

Hi abrargujjar, You can get the letters from the canadian embassy in Riyadh or Jeddah, it is easy just contact them with 1st AOR , then they will give you the letters which then should be authenticated from the ministry of foreign affairs. Best wishes, CANADAOU

datuganol.... I think you are right, may be as we are resident in Middle East ( for me: "Saudi Arabia" ), our processing time is longer than other countries. Also I think Pakistan residents are sufferinf from this problem!! Regards
