not sure how long it last for but you dont get it the same day, i think you can pay express and get it in around a week.

The police check you have to do in kingston but the medical you can do in your own parish. i think its best if you do the medical in your own parish too, just incase you have to go back cause normally they ask you to go back to the one that did it the first time.
