My e case status is "received by visa office"

It seems that there is huge rush at CHC-ND,as not more updates are coming out, for me almost 11 weeks had passed since my full application had reached at ND, but till date no updates.

Tell me one thing, are they update each and every case, or they just put a CD or other media and the updation is over for all.As some members on the forum are saying that they couldn't check their status till now and as i have seen there is no change in status form Received by visa office...
