Buying it from Canada should be cost effective for you, since most of iPhones in Pakistan are from North America or Europe, so the price goes up when they reach PK. Also, if you're planning to get a data plan, then you should definitely get it from Canada.

If you already have an iPhone, you shouldn't need to buy another one unless you want to upgrade to a newer one that should be out in a few months. Phones in Pakistan are always unlocked, so can use them with pretty much any major cell provider.
