just another update: today on my online status has changed and it shows below Permanent Residence: We received XXXXX's application for permanent residence on March 25, 2008. We started processing XXXXXX's application on June 23, 2012. My file has been transfered at New Delhi. regards

Thanks sponsorparents for reply and your input. I already did mistake and used Register post through Canadapost at Canadapost outlet and lady misguide me and she told me that "do not worrry you will get signature after CIC recieved the parcels." One lesson i learnt never trust on front counter...
