    - As long as you complete your medical to a CIC designated medical officer I do not see any problem with your location. Find and contact a CIC designated medical officer in Toronto. It is available on the CIC website. (Just my opinion above!)

    - Where are you residing in now? In Canada it is free to order CAIPS note. -If you are outside of Canada and you have relatives in Canada, they can apply on behalf of you. And you have to pay $5. - Some websites also offer the service but it is constly like $40-$50. Just check their authenticity...

    - I am not an expert in this case. However, so far my understanding is, her stay duration will be determined by the immigration officer at the port of entry/ airport. As long as she has valid visa for couple of years, I guess you should not worry.

    - She can travel back and forth as long as her multiple entry visa is valid for that time. I guess, when she will report to the immigration officer at the airport on her arrival they will decide the time frame she can stay in Canada.
