how long's you're app been in-process in singapore? and after how long did you get AOR after sponsorship approval?

Yep, i was able to log into ecas with wife's client ID and it said they received my app on 6th Oct and letter was sent on decision- i got the letter on 19th nov which was dated 4th Nov - so they must have made the decision at the end of oct or early nov and forwarded the app to singapore rather...

Hi KelKel - so you got the letter on friday 26th?does it say when the local office received the file and started in-process . and does you're ecas state in-progress yet ?

my got approved and sent before 4th Nov and still 25days later no letter or ecas in-process - i don't know if singapore forwarded it london and that's why there is no update from them yet!

For those who have got their sponsorships approved in Mississauga, how long has it taken for the app to get in-process at the local visa office?

No she's canadian and i'm from UK, she's sponsoring me whilst we're living in singapore on my work visa, i'll drive to the office and see the local officer as it's only 20min away, singapore is tiny ;D

Mine was approved 30 days after being sent and i still can't log into the ecas, you could give em a call to confirm all is well and good...

well thats not quite true because i got mine without any letter . .

Got it all done before sending it to CPC Mississauga, why are you waiting until they request it? it states in the pack to include them before submitting the application ..

Yep, i sent all doc's that were requested inc the Uk and SG police certs... it took about 2 week from when requested at the headquarters near Outram Park MRT station.

Do you have any idea how long SG office is taking these days ? - mine was sent here as i'm working and living here for past 3 years, but i hope they check the app before processing and send it to london as that's where i asked for it to be processed - looking at the CIC site it's taking twice...

A development from my side : We got the letter today from CPC dated 4th Nov stating they had approved my wife's sponsorship and trans the file for my part, but get this they have sent it to SINGAPORE >:( . .. i had clearly mentioned on the app that i want it done in the country of birth and...

Cheers....The Mrs gave them a call today and the chap on the phone told her the approval was made on the 12th, this was a tad slower then some others one here as it was signed for on the 6th but it's been approved now and thats what really matters. Ecas hasn't yet refreshed with the DM so you...

CPC have approved our app from my wife's side - :) - should hit london to process my side very soon..... :D...

Well still no log-in yet for me neither, tried calling in and CIC is closed with national holiday - I'm going on short vacation now for a few days so will check next week where my app has got to.........

Nothing updated yet from my side!! Is it worth calling into the call centre? been 35 days already....
