does anyone no why immigration doesnt answer emails. i send email one month ago n still no answer

i have sended back re medical and re police certificate plus some other forms.. and now waiting for ppr .. does anyone know how long it takes... i send everything on march 2012

re police was send on feb 18/ 2012 and i got re med on feb/26/ 2012

anyone who send back the requested docs + re police certificate and re med .... did anyone get back a reply or passport request yet... how long does it usually take to be asked for passport after sending backk all these?? i really miss my husband :(

u guys im really nervous now because i passed my deadline for the documents they requested me to provide... what should i do. i mean this post office takes for ever and my bad luck was that when i send all the document to afghanistan.. its holiday because of new year so everywhere is close...
