I'm not sure about that But, I thing you will get in total 4 years work permit ie 1 year work permit after 1 yr PGD and 3 year after 2 yr M.Engg.

Since there will be less similarities on the subjects of project management and M.Engg. ( Chemical Engg.) You might have to study 2 years ie the whole subjects of M.Engg. But if you manage to get a PR after you complete your course... you can pursue your M.Engg for low fees

Yes .. its possible... you have to consult with a university. They will match your PGD subjects with the concerned masters program at their university and they will tell how many more subjects you have to study to complete your master's program. Note that if you have taken for eg. Software...

Embassy asked me for a deferral offer letter. But the course starts only in Sept 2104. So Is it okay to get an offer letter from another college and send it to embassy with a letter describing that this was my second option...???????? Please advise

I think they have stopped giving study permits for sept intake. Now it is very difficult to get an extension for the arrival date of sept intake....

but its in september,,,, is there any problem if I choose any other course?????
