So, if ecas says medical received means medical test has been passed? Mine says medical received for last 2 month but just application received status , no in process.

I recommand to talk with immigration lawyer; I know someone who didn,t do the same for his wife and took him 6 yrs to bring his wife after multiple refusal and appeal. So don,t do anything on rush, call cic , talk to lawyer. I am assuming u didn,t declare on that other main form either...
