hi sis wella you can actually email the embassy about your situation or your sponsor cause they're prioritizing and giving immediate action to those applicants who was hit by the typhoon. malay mo visa kana agad agad.

it took only a day cause i check it online. yah i paid the both delivery and gave me the return tracking no.

i tried LBC before when i had my ppr and sent to embassy they dont call it courier collect but prepaid collect you have to pay the return package valid for 6 months.
