Yeah, it makes sense but it's surprising to me that they outright refuse an application. It wouldn't be too hard to assess if settlement funds dropped due to currency fluctuation, something that's completely out of hands of an applicant. Can you tell me where I can access CSE? Is it this form?

Is there any official source on the information? Because I've heard conflicting views. Some say, currency rates are locked when you receive your AOR, others, like you, claim that currency rates on the day of review are assessed. Moreover, what happens if the amount in your account falls below...

I wanted to know when our amount in proof of funds locked? Asking because there maybe possible fluctuation in currency conversion. I'm in post-AOR stage (MEP passed). Do I need to worry about it?
