you can still work with your old employer if they still wanna hire and if you want to but that is illegal because as you've said, you already changed your employer and you must only work with the employer who is stated in your WP. it will only be considered legal if yours is an OWP

hi! i did send my application for my PR and OWP july this year. what i've just included was my 2010 and 2011 T4 and backed-up everything with my paystubs from the date that i've started working as a caregiver until the latest. hope this will help you :)
