oh really, becoz before they let the applicants to undergo medical first before they will make any decision on the application... so that is one of the changes with their system now. i felt a little bit scared becoz till now i havent receive yet my med request 7weeks had past already after...

James6, I think they were all undergone their medical coz i didnt even heard of someone that got denied without or before medical is done... usualy, they have a final decision after the medical result was submitted.... but we can confirm that when gluten replies.

You know the processing of their application were a little bit fast compare to other applicants. you said that they've just submitted their application last july 15 but they have the results already. Gluten, like your cousins' case who got denied some hire for the lawyer to make an appeal but...

@ gluten it means their application were already sent back to them and the three were got denied? Because mine CEM received july 25 and till now i havent received yet my medical referral only aor and i received only a month after i submitted. it took so long... hayyyy! Got denied was really...

as room attendant in one of the hotels in banff area alberta. yes, because they're are expecting us to be in there during summer because summer time is busy time in the hotel but unfortunately summer is almost over and yet were still here waiting for our application's results from the cem.

@ nikki20... no, i havent receive may medical yet and im still waiting for it.... you dont need to worry abiut your med it means it was ok... coz if there is need for furtther test they already informed you. most probaby they forwarded already to canadian embassy... all you have to do is to wait...

@ kitong... with your experience im planning to have my chest x-ray first before they will issue my med referral. coz i know that they are very strict when health is concern especially those contagious diseases like tb becoz theyre protecting their citizen. and bsides health insurance in canada...

after a month of waiting to receive my aor, finally i received it this afternoon. hope my med referral they will follow soon. good luck to us guys...
