@ mariannaluis ako rin wala pa nareceive at pareho tau n after a week meron n agad aor... kaya scary talaga para kasi nagka phobia na ako makareceive ulit ng refusal letter... nauna lang ako ng 1week sa yo... going 8weeks na apps ko... palibhasa yung iba less than a month meron ng med ref...

mariannaluis, ill just read your previous post. same with mine, i received also my aor after a week and it was also my 2nd application... takot din ako nun kasi ang bilis after a week meron n agad aor bka next is refusal letter again wheww wag naman sana... but till now wala p update... how...

guys, how did you submit your application validated ba o hindi? first application ko dati it was validated but nung nag reapply ako ulit it was not.... i dont know if it will affect the application processing time? kasi as much as possible they want validated yung 1295 na form para daw...

what job are you applying in canada? are you applying for a skilled job? bilis din dumating ng med referral mo....

para kasi overflowing ang applicants ngayon ng work visa kaya marami din ang narerefuse... anyways, the reason for my refusal was limited job opportunities in your home country and present employment situation... my employer and lawyer made an appeal and was explained in a cover letter... hope...

@ just-asking minsan kasi talagang it depends kung sinong visa officer ang magreview kaya suwerte pag sa may pusong vo mapunta apps mo.. mine just waiting for their 2nd decision kung ano ang magiging result kasi may employer also made an appeal. natatakot parin ako kasi di na ako maka re apply...

it is really depressing of receiving something negative.... me also got refused last sept and reapplied this month. anyways, you mean you have received the final decision in less than a month ang bilis naman... i received my refusal before for about 2mos. did you receive your aor how long did...

i think with all that info you have provided is enough to suffice them that you have all the skills for the position you are applying for. but still it depends on the visa officer who will review your apps. even if you have years of experience for the said position if the visa officer vwill not...

maybe those who submitted before july2011 exenpted from the new time processing that is why they received their visa shortly. may be this was the reason why my friend have not received any update yet for her apps submitted first week of aug. she received just aor after a week of submission.

guys, did you notice from the cic website that the processing time now in manila is 16mos..... OMG!
