When ever you want to email just do it cuz there is no issue to contact with embassy its your right to ask about your updates... and they can't slow your process for asking about updates so don't worry about emails... i'm not sure about MP's aur any one else who helps you out from this...

Can you please share the year of AOR... and if your AOR is March 2010 then the disapearence of your status or address is a good sign hopefully your are going to collect some documents from Islamabad... and if your AOR is March 2011 then you have to wait brother...

Passport come through by mail and there are 2 services to collect your passport (TCS/Fedex)... also mentioned in PPR letter... you have to chose one of them...and don't write any name from these three (representative/consultant/lawyer) just leave it and fill out the peragraphs 1 & 6 #1...
