When paying online for sponsoring my spouse, I want to make the full payment with my credit card, do I select Right of Permanent Residence Fee as well?

I am the sponsor and on my passport it says the DISTRICT i was born in, but my marriage certificate says the village i was born in. To make it easier for you to understand kind of like, Passport saying ONTARIO and marriage certificate saying OTTAWA. is that ok? or do I need to explain this? Thanks,
