I advice you to use Credit Card not a debit card, because a debit card has a build in security feature that might block your international transactions and you need a pin code to use it. Or better yet use a demand draft if you don't have credit card.

I already received my PER last sept 9, using my UCI I'm accessing ECAS but I can't see my application status. Does anyone have the same problem? When are you suppose to see your status? Or will you be able to view it if you have MR already? Thanks

Did you provide copies of your transcript of records? Because in the check list it is stated there education document( certificates, diplomas or degree) AND transcripts. Resend application ASAP hope NOC is not hot.
