I would recommed you to read CIC website /HRSDC website and at least understnad the process. Consultants, sometimes rip off the clients with lack of knowledge. Being single is not an issue. If you are MBA and have 4 years expereince, you might check if you can apply under FSW1 too. (AEO is FSW2...

Ad is not necesarry for AEO. I got AEo without it. I am not 100% sure if AEO approval is based on Canadian market or not. If your position is something easy to find in Canada, that will not make too much sense. But based on my expereince, I dont think they will approve or refuse only by job...
