Someone wrote here they forgot to name pictures and they forgot to write not applicable in some lines of the form too. Their application went in process OK. Probably no reason to lose sleep over this.

I was the only applicant, and my photos did include the photographers stamp with their information, it was just missing my name. It was no problem, and they accepted it.

Is it an issue if I forgot to write my name and D.O.B on my photos for PPR? However, those photos do have the address of the photography studio as well as the date the photos were take. Also, on the annex A page, in the File field, I left it blank because I did not know what to put into that...

Has anyone got his/her application package back just for not writing the DOB and name on the back of the photos?

There are cases here on the forum, where if you are a single applicant your application may not be returned as there is no confusion on which persons photo it is in a family application for instance. However, its not guaranteed. I forgot to put my name on back of photos as well.... ill just...

In my case, they didn't ask me to resend photos. Got my PR card.

I recieved passport request on June 9th and sent my passport to Ottawa already. However on one of my photos I forgot to include my name and date of birth. It does have the photographers specifications. Did anyone else experience this? Please let me know I am worried.

Don't worry about it. I did exactly the same - forgot to write the name. Everything went well. The application was accepted for processing. I had called them ad I was worried like yourself. They told me it was not big deal.

We forgot to do that too for the required photos (i.e. the passport type photos). Nothing happened. It didn't create any problems or delays with the Mississauga processing. What? October 16! That's early to be tensed. I did send my application in sept, no name on picture and even sent wrong picture size and got AOR so you should be good man.

oh i forgot maybe it depends on local visa, because in our local visa office in Manila they require 9 photos and in 1 of each set they require name birthdate, date taken and signature. I read some previous post someone forgot to put name and birthdate and the cpc return all the package just to...

That’s the issue, I already sent my passport along with the photos. I forgot to put my full name and d.o.b behind my photos.

Dont worry, most likely they will send photos back and ask to be signed or will ask for new ones. It will just take just a little bit longer to process.

Hi! I'm in the same boat now . I forgot to write my name on the back of the photos and the studio only stamped 1 out of the two. Should I re-apply or wait until they get to my application and see if they return/accept? Thank you!
