You don't have to mention the application number on the back of your photo. You only have to write down your Name and Date of birth along with Photo Studio details (Address and date the photo was taken).

I read somewhere at this forum that someone forgot to write his/her name with the dates and the stamps on and got the AOR. So I guess you should be fine.. My case is worse, I forgot the name as well as the stamps. God knows what's gonna happen. Hahaha

don't worry....i forgot to put name on back of photos of my husband.......and I was so careful.........anyway do not worry about it.....if you did all the forms on the computer they will love the fact that they don't have to try and guess what letters you printed so the signature in blue ink...

I think it is the best thing you can do. Prepare another package and send it as soon as possible. I suggest you add a clarification cover letter on the top of your documents and explain the reason why you are sending your package for the second time.

They retake photos because this is the way to meet the deadline for case processing. Most of the people receive request just before the end of the time for application processing. I think if there is photo retake request they can say that it is applicant fault that the time line wasn't meet.

I forgot to put name and DOB on my pics either. Already received my CORP and did landing. It wasnt the issue in my case and i think if they want a new pics with dob and name, they will send you email about it
