There's also a high chance they'll just ask you to submit the photos again. Technically, they wouldn't be missing, you just forgot to put the name on the back. I think that's what would happen, you would just get an email requesting those photos, or they wouldn't even ask for them again at all...

I have the same thing, I have the name and DOB at the back of each photo and put them all in an envelope, stapled it on the secod page. I don't see any problems with that. And I didn't find any instructions to put the name in the envelope.
