no no no, use your 23cm x 30.5 cm envelope is fine. even you use a courier envelope, they will throw it away after they receive the application. thank you!!:) Is that mean that all I have to do is wait and pray?:)

1 yes your are eligible. 2 tht should be ok, as a foreign worker we have right to quite the job as our wish if we didn't feel it is not safe environment to work. But the time you as unemployed doesn't countable even you had 2 year work permit with them. you have to have complete min 30 hours...
