@Michael.... dont worry man, you'l get it.. i was advised by a senior consultant and authorized canadian agent. Refusal cases wont take much time,they'l move from one vo to another very fast.. your application is stuck with someone in the row..as per my knowledge yours may not be a refusal case...

you can still get your visa.. I can try to asses if you can give your details and reasons for refusal.

Not advisable to shoot repeated mails to the chc.. It'l not help you in anyway. fill the case specific form once or fax them your inquiry or file a letter stating your query through vfs.
