Does anyone know the email address for Islamabad? I applied in July and wanted to confirm if my file is in Islamabad or Ottawa, because of all this confusion going on.

Does it show medical results received as well?

For everyone who had their files transferred to Ottawa, who did you contact to confirm this, because I tried emailing CPP-Ottawa and that was useless. Also, if your file was sent to Ottawa, does it show as medical received on E-Cas?

Whoever had their file sent to Ottawa, have you heard any news from them? It seems like Ottawa is dead quite nowadays :( Can't believe Islamabad is even faster than them for the 2012 cases.

The email is OttPilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca. In your subject, make sure you clearly state: Spouse Sponsorship, File #: F000123456, Sponsor Full Name, D.O.B; Sponsored Spouse Full Name, D.O.B.

For members who have their files sent to Ottawa: How did you confirm and figure out your file was in Ottawa and not Islamabad? Also, I need to update my hubby's info, his email address, so should I contact the office in Islamabad online to do this?

I'm still waiting for an AOR from Islamabad as well for my husband's case but I highly doubt we will end up receiving it. But I've also seen that a lot of the files are being sent to Ottawa now even though it says Islamabad! Not sure whats up with these immigration policies now!

I can't believe there is no change for the application processing time for Islamabad on the cic website :( I was defintely thinking the time would be reduced by a few months at least.

Thats true and I was waiting soo long for this update to see a significant change because its supposed to represent 80 percent of all cases between July 1, 2011, and June 30, 2012. But I highly doubt this is true because most people are getting visas in 10-12 months. I'm just praying that...
