They do completeness check on the day they receive application or very next day. I applied in January 2011, my application was received at CIO on 24th january and they mailed it back to me on 25th january. As my application failed to pass completeness check.

They send back documents through normal post. Normally it is delivered in 2 to 3 months time. U should receive your documents within next one month. Send case specific inquiry to CIO about documents they will give u specific date on which your documents were dispatched.

Yes they accepted my IELTS result. But remember it was in a sealed envelope and was placed in my whole package. It was not delivered separately.
