Hello guys... I has sent my application under NOC 1233 which was received on the 12th of Sept 2011 at Halifax Canada. Could anyone please tell me when could I receive my FILE No or RECEIPT No? How much time does it generally take to get the 1st response from CIC ..? Regards Rizwan- ARBD
