I don't think there is any issue with that .. Unless untill you don't have enough days to maintain ur Permanent Residency. Like I went for 2 months to India for my wedding. my sponsorship has got approved !

The only difference I found is UCI number .. but otherwise the Application Number was same in both the applications !
