I'm going for bachelor of business administration in accounting. I paid for gic on 18 nov right then may be ke manu 27 tak gic mil je ga hana then 28 nu file submit fr visa :D. u also going to kpu surrey ?

yes I'm also going to kpu surrey for jan .but I still did not receive my gic getting very late don't know what gonna happen .anyways can I apply on 4 December ?
