Jes is correct here.. what application have you sent to Buffalo?? Should be to CIO where you pay the fee and that also in CAD not in USD.. you should pay NO fee to Buffalo

For writing you will 2 more.. I guess you need to give IELTS 1 more shot. Had you got 6.5 in writing you would have got 12 poits that you require.. But please keep trying. Do you know what new rule is coming up??

Total score does not matter with the data u have given so far u will get 8 points + depending upon ur score in writing 0 - 4 points
