Congratulations!! When did u do your medicals?

thats what some of us are trying to find out, whether there is a tend in that or not... so, far i havent seen any oneposted saying that they got that letter & also got transfered or ppr!!!

i received it on 10th Nov and no movement after that.. several other members also received the same letter... some of them have already posted that, there is no movement on their file either.. just wanted to reach out to other folks like us.. but, i am not sure whats going on in Buffalo???

i sent an email to cic that " we have only 60 days to complete our med & we have sent the info to add our son...we r waiting for our son's med req...since he is new born, we dont want to travel twice..blah..blah..." we received a typical one line email from them saying "... complete your med as...

I received my son's med req just in 2 weeks after I sibmitted all the docs they requested. that too, to India by mail. I think that was super fast (that was only for that). I cannot comment on whether it will delay the entire process yet...bcos i havent got my ppr yet. CIC advised to do our...

DOB & place of birth (country) - are the rest of the things needed. try once again....

me too almost 4 mons bcos of fbi... and then another 2 mons after receiving med req...this time waiting for my sons med req. my file is also stuck in Buffalo. No movement after receiving that letter saying "No addntl docs reqd".

Hi Sindbad, My time line is almost similar to yours... CIC applied:Mar 12,2010 CIC started processing according to ecas: Jun 28,2010 Medicals done(parents & baby): Aug 25,2010 PPR request:???? I moved from US to India just after applying to CIC. still waiting....

they normally dont transfer from one VO to other outside the country (even after request).

then, how did u get your file #? i guess, most of them are getting file #, when we receive AOR &/Medical req.
