Hi Sajid, thanks for your reply. Did you have your original F1 visa expired when you lodged your application in 2009 or it expired by the time Buffalo completed processing your application? Are you still living in the US as a student? Please let me know.

Did anyone recently receive any correspondence from any local visa office (i.e., Seattle, LA, Detroit, NY, etc.) after his/her file was transferred from the Buffalo office? Could you please share your experiences?
