I think people who received ITA in Feb and March are get processed. Looks like they are considering the ITA rather than the submission date. 8) Congratzz Mazamilam and rakikira! :) :D

Looks like CIC is working on pending Feb and Mar ITAs to meet 6 months deadline... Hopefully they will start working on April ITAs soon....
