No! You dont need to submit PCC with your application to Quebec. Once you are approved and receive your Certificate de Selection from Quebec, then you will need to submit your documents for the canadian visa (permanent residence), then you need the PCC! Hope that helps. Good luck!

Hello everyone! We have send DCS to Montreal in January 2010 and received that our case is in treatment on Feb-06-2010 I guess we need to wait now till who knows when. If anyone has been through this, please share your experience! It will be greatly appreciated!
