Hi All, Will you please help me in calculating 6-12 months period in Fast track immigration process... When do they start calculating of 12 months : From time they receive our application in Nova Scotia or from the date they transfer files to local visa office ? or even when we we submit...

Even in my case ,full documents were submitted in April and 8 months in November ... Only one question is how can they keep original passports for such a long period.... They don't even give an acknowledgment of passports receipt also ..

Great idea...... Back to the past rather than to the future ...................ha..ha...ha...

My consultant has sent me a mail saying that CHC doesnot issue a visa in NOVEMBER and DECEMBER ..SO wait till JAN.. IS it True ...???? Are CHC visa officers are in XMAS mood from NOVEMBER only??

Sorry but I still nedd your help in answering my question of whne should I send them another case specific question saying that my case is almost 1 year from ist AOR and 10 months from 2nd AOR ...Under fast track they suppose to wrap up the case within a year ... Sorry for an inconvenience with...

Thank You Bro, I understand but almost four months now...... I understand that I have no other option rather than waiting and have patience ...But it is painfullland you are stucked with everything in your planning ..

Thank You Bhimsin, I understand ..Even in response to my inquiry , they have just asked me a question on my sons' date of birth ..Its' an amazing to see keeping passport on hold for almost four months now..

They have asked me to give a correct date of birth of my son.. There was a discrepancy in my sons' date of birth in birth certificate which was corrected by government office and forwarded along with hospital date of birth certifcate , minor certifcate Now all these have same date of birth

Please advise..Why they hold passports for a long time ?

Please advise how long should I wait ? Is there any provision of timeline in holding our passports in CHC ? 3rd week ,my last documents reached CHC
