My case is similar to yours, i had received my 2nd AOR on May 3rd. I haven't heard from Buffalo office since then. When i contacted them, they sent me a system generated message.

Nothing has changed, all the same ....Received by the Visa Office since March 18th ... :(

Where is the movement?? Buffalo CHC is sitting at received by the VO for the last 4 months now. >:(

I have a question.... Do you need a US visa, when you are a Canadian PR??? Because i think you don't need a Canadian visa when you are a US green card holder??

Why did you send the originals to CIO NS?? It clearly says no documents are needed to send to CIO. I guess you can write to CIO, requesting them to return your originals (as ypu may need them later on) or send the copies of the original to the designated visa office. Good Luck!

Yeah i am messed up..... I did somethings in a haste, i did my medicals before they had sent me in a request and then sent it to Buffalo office with my old reference number. So i guess you can't go with my time line, as it's not accurate. So let's see, how it goes, and i would keep you updated...
