you can copy and paste the history to word document but to me it does not look much reliable because anyone can type anything on a word document, the best although the most painful way is to take screen shots by hitting PrintSc of the entire screen of Skpye chat and paste it on a word document...

Was it an arranged marriage? if yes then u should have visited her at least once after marriage .......... anyways you can still write to them your visit plan, proof of ticket bookings, vacation approval from work etc and explain them that you will provide proof of visit afterwards ...

That someone is damn wrong ..............your sponsorship is not cancelled if you live outside Canada........ although the CHC may ask you to prove to them that you have genuine intention to settle down in Canada........ which means additional few months ........... :)

If you are a Permanant Resident .......... You can leave Canada for vacations generally upto a month or so, means you must reside in Canada while sponsorship being in procsess If you are a citizen you can leave Canada for whatever length of time and it wont affect your sponsorship but they may...

I believe they dont have access to CRA records ........ and I am not sure the documents we send with original application to Mississauga as proof of financial ability to sponsor are forwarded to CHC-ISB or not ...... and lets not forget this is customized for Pakistanies only not for every other...

yes my wife's original educational documents are with them hence she cant apply for any student visa anywhere els, she cant get duplicate unless she declares that she lost the original.

CHC-ISB has nothing to do with CAIPS, those are issued in Ottawa, the time frame is generally 30 days from the date when they receive the request plus their backlog ........ hold your horses at this point...... :P

How do you know they are doing BG checks on Jan-Feb AOR's did you get a chance to look at your CAIPS or is it an assumption?
