Did anyone had any progress on this? I was also on an F Visa, explained the reason why I can't be issued a PCC for F VIsa, and I just got a request for Chinese PCC. I am consulting with Notary Offices and Lawyers but they all say they cannot get this. Anyone ??

I am also facing this problem. I was in China on an F Visa and all the lawyers and notary offices I contacted are telling me they cannot issue a PCC for an F Visa. I explained this in the LOE, but still got a request for a Chinese PCC. What is your advice? I need help! Thank you
