Hi you will need to send the payament when sending application becuase if you dont it will just slow things down make sure you send a copy of the receipt. We paid ours online best way. Always keep a copy for your self of everything you are sending just incase

hi my kids were born outside Canada and was born to a Canadian mother I just applied for a citzenship and had it within 6 months. Its not something that you need to worry about if one of the parents are Canadaian than it shound be ok.
