Yep your right, was suppose to wait till next month but Danny bro had said since my file has been there for almost 4months it's wiser to just email now. WES bro has already provided the template. I had sent it during evening hours and now I have to send again during working hours. :D

No reply from that e-mail I sent for File number. the automated response said it can take up to 15 days. What are the odds they'll even reply? and if they dont. what do i do then??

I didnt have a File number. and was unaware I even needed to request it. one of the members on the forum brought up the concern. Just sent an email to ISL :D to request for it.

Really? I was going to msg you or 'wes' for details on exactly when you should receive a FILE number. all I have is a Client ID which we use to check our status online. Maybe we've overlooked it? Where can it be found if so.?
