Yes you can send case specific enquiry after 3 months of submission of ur documents if u dont hear from them anything.I also sent thrice case specific enquiries after 3 months of submission of my documents regarding my status but only once they reply to wait till further processing stage.

Its really encouraging news .why cant we all be active and make udate our spreadsheet fresh once again?lets update all of us our e-cas status. mine is RBVO.

hi dear Regarding your 2ndAOR u ask case specific enquiry about delay ,May ber they will answer and send u AOR by e mail . regarding backlog of pre 2008 their processing time by newdelhi visaoffice is 82 months .while prejune applicants processingtime 11 months and postjune26 processing time...

I think all of us will get some answer within or immediate after processing time of 11 months after submission of full package of documents to the visa office(afte r2nd AOR date ), so still long wairting is there for us...

if i will send CIO new application at 20 april 2011 they will recive by 30 april 2011 and i will get PER in 90 days means by julyend afterthat files transferred to newdelhi visaoffice immediately in one week and immediate processing since i will fall in 1000 cap so they must issue this fixed...
