I applied on 3rd March 2016 but still waiting for dm or ppr. File is still in process.

Hi my application was received on 3rd march 2016 and started processing on 9th may 2016. I read here that upto 15th march many files are processed but then y m i still in process? is there anyone else also who applied in march 1st week and still status is in process?

It was around 1 year but this time I am residing in canada only. As I read most applicants from 1st week of March got per by may end. I also applied on 3 rd March 2016 still no news.
