Hello We have sent passport and it has been 3 weeks since Dakar received and we haven't heard from them since then. For those who got their passport back, is this normal? And my status is still the same on both ecas and on immigration website account.Does it ever change when visa is issued?

You will definetly hear from them this week @ Carla CIC received my application march 29 Dakar started processing may 19 Med was done feb / 2016 The whole process took 8 month Ppr came 5 days after background check changed to "in progress " U'll also receive ppr very soon I think u can also...
