Just found something out, and it may help others if you're going nuts wondering: the NY VO does not send out an AOR.

I've read that it varies, and sometimes it's via email, and sometimes it's via snail mail. It won't say whether you've been approved or not by ecas. all it will say is "decision made", and the letter your wife receives will say whether she's been approved or not. I would wait until the letter...

Silly question - for the 2nd AOR, will I get it via email (I'm the Sponsor), or will my wife get it in her email?
