hello. i can say yes..aeo can use again/ i am working in consultancy and we provide LMO(FOR WORK PERMITS) appoved by HRSDC (AEO also approved by HRSDC). AND we use same lmo for reapply. i think AEO OR LMO would be valid till THE employer does not take back his offer or you can check expiry date...

hello bluepine... my case is with AEO, and my medical and landing fee has been accepted in may 2009,but my passport came back with a lettter to wait for next request. after that i am still waiting so you can judge there is no idea abt passport request. thanks

hello shijijosef i am in same stage. my e-status is still showing in process and my medical has been done, landing fee has also been accepted but passport came back in june with a letter stated for wait. we can only wait.
