i think no cancellation but a delayed in processing your papers @ you must secure a passport for her.not an affidavit.. because even though she`s not going to Canada she is also required to do the medical.. @ times like this that your future is at stake.set aside your differences w/his...

in my own opinion you should renew it now. so that it wont cause you any delayed in future coz you have barely 5 months b4 your old passport expired. GOd bless

as far as i know they have to undergo the medical wther they will go to canada or not. its was clearly stated in our medical request letter.hope this could help.

we done our medical here in Philippines tru Nationwide @ my daughter had a heart murmur since birth @ she haven`t sent to cardiologist @ we don`t have any problem about it because they already submitted our medical to CEM..hope this could enlighten you.God bless
