I started this thread but I'm the last sa Sponsor Approval.. ohh life! Sabi sa Cic call center, they received our app feb1 and started processing it May 2. Prang ung nklgay lng din sa ecas ko.. So no approval yet.. Depressed much! :'(

When applying for AOM, ung form for cenomar ang fifil up-an.. same thing kng online application. Then they would find matches sa National Indices of Marriages if you were married or never married, so they could give you Singleness Certificate or AOM. I want to show how the form looks like pro...

Cenomar is for singles while AOM is for married people. Cenomar is issued to people who is never married. So they would still request you a copy of your AOM with your PPR.

AOM is Advisory on Marriage. The only appendix A that I saw in the guide (the latest one) was the Checklist. But in the old forms, I think Appendix A is the Additional Family Info. Not sure tho.
