I did my documents translated by a person who is running his translation bussiness in district court area and I attached a affidavit as a translator and his business card along my papers. Hope this helps :) Good luck

Landing in Toronto (YYZ) is perfect. No problem in it. You have to land one of international airport of Canada then you can continue your travel to your dream land after handing over your PR papers to immigration officer. Happy & safe landing :)
