When sending CSE after MR, should we quote for the new file number that starts w/ "B" or the old one that starts with "E"? Thanks :)

My medicals were received in LVO on August 3, 2011. Updated docs RPRF and PCC i didnt send it yet as im still waiting for my pCC. I have until Sept 10 to complete all this. Will there be a problem if there is a big gap between the time they've received my Meds and Up Dox? :o

So basically the date when the form where signed should be up to date. how long is a form considered a fresh one, i mean for example a month old or two from the time when signed will that be considered an old one?

Yes, there is no 2nd AOR from LVO and there is no time frame as to when they are going to send MR. Nowadays, things are becoming unpredictable. However it took 7 mos after PER before they sent my MR. Some got it faster. It varies actually and i dont know on which basis. I did one thing though...

Actually you can call them for an appointment. They can give you an appointment a day or 2 after the call. Cost would be 750 aed per person + 150 for the courier charge. Total for 2 will be aed 1650.

I did it in Dr. kais abu taha. It went smoothly. Are u based in abu dhabi also?
